Olympic Update: UK Leaps to Third
It's been an impressive weekend for the UK, Team GB has leaped from 7th to 3rd in the medal rankings. Over the course of the weekend, Team GB has gained 8 Golds, 4 Silvers, and 6 Bronze. Well done Team GB!

Beijing Meet World...
So, the Beijing 2008 Olympics have begun. The opening ceremony was absolutely spectacular and we're going to have a job to beat it in 2012. No offence Canada, but I hope your Winter Olympic ceremony isn't too good so ours looks better!
Britain is aiming to be in the top ten in the overall gold medal table this year. Hopefully we can do it.
